Procedures and Guidelines for Exhibitors

2017 Annual Joint Conference WV AWWA/WEA Exhibit Hall
The Resort at Glade Springs, Daniels, WV

Exhibit Spaces: Exhibit spaces will measure approx. 4’ x 6 ft. tables will be provided by the resort. Spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Size of table subject to change.

Type of Exhibit: Exhibits shall be limited to displays, (literature, demonstrations, products) which can be accommodated within the space allotted.

Exhibit Hall: Please bring your own extension cords. There will be door prizes given away in the exhibitor’s hall both days.

Set Up Time: Monday, May 22 – 8:00 A.M. to Noon.

Tear Down: All displays must be removed by 10:00 AM Wed. May 24. Tear down may start after 6:00 p.m. Tues. May 24, 2016.

Display Hours: Monday May 22 – 4:00 P.M to 6:00 p.m. & Tuesday May 23 4:00 – 5:30 P.M. in the vendor area there will appetizers, refreshments, cash bar and plenty of door prizes.

Security: The exhibition area will be locked overnight. The Resort will not be responsible for lost or stolen property. You are responsible for your area during the show.

Picnic: The picnic is 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Sunday, May 21 at the Woodhaven Clubhouse.

Golf Tournament: The Annual golf tournament is scheduled for Sunday, May 21, with a 10:00 AM shotgun start at the Woodhaven course. Golf registration and sponsor forms are provided for registration. If you don’t have enough for a foursome and would like us to fill out your team, we’d be happy to do so!

Registration: Each booth attendee must register. Register online or using the Registration Packet. If registering by mail, please send your form and fee to WVAWWA, Attn: Shelley Porter, 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., Charleston, WV 25302.
